Can I try a plan before committing?
Yes — Starter and Pro both come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll only be billed if you choose to continue after the trial period ends.
How does the commission reduction work?
On a pay-as-you-go plan, Fixrtech deducts 15% from every session as a platform fee. On Starter, that drops to 10%, and on Pro it's just 5%. The reduction is applied automatically to every booking made by your team — no codes or manual adjustments needed.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is any team member you add to your business account. They can book sessions, view past invoices, and access your shared pro roster. You can add or remove seats at any time — you're only billed for active seats at the end of each billing cycle.
What is the 30-minute SLA on the Pro plan?
On Business Pro, we guarantee a verified tech pro will respond to your session request within 30 minutes during business hours (8am–8pm local time). If we miss that window, you receive a credit toward your next session.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period — no prorated refunds, no cancellation fees.
