When does my card get charged? ▼
Your card is authorized when you book, but only charged once your session is marked complete by your pro. If the session doesn't happen, you won't be charged.
What if I'm not happy with my session? ▼
Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of your session. We review every dispute and will work to make it right, including issuing refunds where appropriate.
How do pros set their rates? ▼
Each pro sets their own hourly rate. Rates typically range from $45–$95/hr depending on specialty and experience. You'll always see the rate clearly before booking.
Is there a minimum session length? ▼
Sessions are booked in 1-hour increments, up to 8 hours. Most issues are resolved in 1–2 hours.
How does Fixrtech make money? ▼
We take a 15% platform fee from each completed session. That's our only revenue — no ads, no subscriptions, no upsells.
Are pros background checked? ▼
Yes — all pros on Fixrtech are verified and go through a background check before they can accept bookings. Your safety is a priority, especially for on-site sessions.
